Interventional Radiologists

Interventional Radiologists are physicians who specialize in minimally invasive, targeted treatments. They offer the most in-depth knowledge of the least invasive image guided treatments coupled with clinical and radiological experience across all specialties including vascular diseases.

Primarily their work involves the use of Digital Subtracted Angiography (DSA) which utilizes the latest imaging technology to reproduce the images to guide intervention in the particular anatomical structure under investigation and/or treatment. DSA edits out the images of any unwanted anatomical detail, leaving a much clearer, uncluttered view of the particular anatomical structure under investigation.
